Prof Jones' solo and team research findings were cited/presented in both the 2023 NSW Govt Consultation Paper (July Release for Aug Consultations) – 'Banning LGBTQ+ Conversion Practices' and directly by Prof Jones at the NSW Govt Stakeholder Roundtable event 11.8.23 towards understanding prevalence, types and contexts for sexual orientation and gender identity change effort/ conversion therapy and proposed development of legislative ban and transformative multi-sector education.From "Impact Evidence" in impacts module:
