Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (HFCVs) show significant promise to decarbonise transport sector the transport sector, although further research is required to ensure their safety and reliability, particularly in confined spaces. HFCVs. This study investigates a transient jet fire caused by HFCVs in tunnels, using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations and machine learning algorithms (MLAs), including XGBoost, MLP, and RF algorithms, to predict critical parameters. The best MLA is chosen for further analysis against the computational outcomes.
