Description

The workshop entitled, ‘Conceptualising Nature Litigation.’ The workshop is a collaborative effort with colleagues Associate Professor Kate Owens and Associate Professor Michelle Lim is confirmed as the prelude to the annual tripartite conference held between University of Sydney, Singapore Management University and Hong Kong University. The workshop is cross-disciplinary, and invitations have been sent to colleagues across geography, environmental science, and Indigenous studies. The workshop also represents a collaboration between CEL and the Australian Centre for Climate and Environmental Law at Sydney Law School. The outputs include a cross-disciplinary report on nature litigation and publication of articles in a special or thematic issue of a reputable journal.
