Description
Creating space to play when working with literary texts create rich possibilities for classroom learning. Exploring texts that challenge conventions, offer hybridity and employ innovative use of literary techniques is a central to creating high expectation, high cognitive challenge learning experiences. This workshop shows how the 'evocative vignette' (Dutton & Rushton, 2019) strategy can be utilised when teaching about representation in spoken, written, visual and multimodal texts.Period | 20 Jul 2020 |
