Description
I was invited to speak at the 22nd Annual Health Insurance Summit which will take place this year on the 27-28th June at the Amora Hotel Jamison, Sydney. Now in its 22nd year, the Summit is a well established must-attend event for the leaders in the health insurance sector and continues to grow in numbers and importance year on year. The event website is here for your reference https://www.informa.com.au/event/conference/policy-and-government/health-insurance-summit/
This year, organisers were very keen to feature more of a consumer voice in the conference and we would particularly like to host a consumer insights panel discussion with a number of different consumer voices represented. Ideally, this panel would share real world consumer experiences with private health insurance and shed some light on the complexity of health insurance and consumer experiences with navigating the system. We are also eager to hear from consumer representatives and their views on quality of cover – for example - what is it like to be admitted as private patient in the public system.
