Description
During uncertain times, one thing has remained: the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) continues to provide the support that older people want and need, and where they want to receive it - at home, and in the community.Let it Shine! is an online conference for everyone interested in the success of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) in supporting older people to live a connected and fulfilling life. It’s a practical and honest opportunity to hear the voices of consumers, volunteers and staff from our diverse communities.
Brought to you by the organisers of last year’s You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet! 2020 CHSP Futures Conference, Let It Shine! will offer a two-day online program, highlighting updates on the CHSP, and bringing you everything that you need to know about current trends, and what lies ahead. This conference will celebrate the inspiring work seen through the CHSP over the past year and highlight what is coming up as we move into the future.
Join us to explore creative opportunities and innovations for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme as it continues to give older people what they want – support to remain at home and in their community.
