Description

On 6 December 2024, the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and the Korean Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) co-hosted a workshop in London to discuss how the law of maritime delimitation has evolved in the practice of international courts and tribunals. The workshop touched on recent delimitation rulings and explored the extent to which these rulings have provided greater clarity or introduced new ambiguities in the delimitation process.
