Students should be exposed to communication strategies from a young age, practice them in the classroom and be able to transfer them, subsequently, to other contexts. The presentation aims to showcase a practical guide on how to teach communication strategies in L2, considering that effective teaching of communication strategies can have a positive impact on students' language performance and contribute to the development of their communication skills.
