Dr Muhidin delivered an online guest lecture at Telkom University - Bandung Indonesia. The class is part of Magister Management program that focused on Strategic Management and Business Ecosystem.In his lecture, he focused on the relationship between leadership and cross-cultural dynamics, highlighting that leadership is also a cultural phenomenon. Using some case studies, including Indonesian context with its multi-cultural ethnics, he explained that the definition and interpretations of leadership can vary across diverse cultures context and may evolve over time. For example, cultural norms can shape expectations of leadership. Thus, it leads to significant differences in what considered acceptable leader behaviour across cultures.
Telkom University - Bandung Indonesia offers several post graduate programs, including the Master of Management (MM) program that utilizes online media and distance learning. Its curriculum is designed to align with digital and industrial advancements and offers unique concentrations compared to similar programs, including Socio-preneurship, Digital Marketing, Digital Talent Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Technology, and Digital Business Strategy. The distance learning covers three regions: Jakarta, Surabaya, and Timor Leste.
