This workshop, hosted by the LSE Law, Technology and Society (LTS) hub, featured Prof Carys Craig, Dr Luke McDonagh and Dr Daniela Simone introducing a paper they have co-written on the subject of the doctrine of joint authorship in Copyright law in four jurisdictions: the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. Three discussants will provide feedback on the paper, followed by open Q&A.
