Just checking this is correct as the word change now means it's an issue we CAN arrest our way out of? 

 

"The NSW police have had a pro-arrest policy in place for nearly 40 years, meaning they can arrest offenders based on scant evidence, but this isn’t an issue we can’t arrest our way out of."

 

Or did you mean to say 'this is an issue we can't arrest our way out of'
