Description

Lung cancer killed around 9,000 Australians in 2015. Early detection promises a much higher chance of survival. PhD candidate Noushin Nasiri is developing a method of early detection based on biomarkers found in people’s breath.  It relies on technology capable of detecting concentrations of molecules in parts per trillion.
