A public news story on a recent study led by me was featured on the leading international web-based science, research and technology news service, Phys.org (powered by Science X).

The news story highlighted the previously under-appreciated rapid rise of antibiotic resistance in bacterial pathogens in the presence of low levels of antibiotics. The story also raises public awareness on what can be occurring in bacterial infections upon antibiotic exposure, with consequences for the future use of antibiotics.
