Dozens of people have been killed in a terrorist attack at a popular tourist spot in the Indian controlled-Kashmir region.

A small group known as the Kashmir Resistance has claimed responsibility, but some experts believe a larger Islamist group may have played a role in the attack.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is promising those responsible will be "brought to justice".
