Using multi-country data, we test the validity of two second-order measurement models (OBC-SiteQUAL and CE). Our insights reliably confirm the mediating effect of CE in the theoretical framework. This latest paper published in an ABDC A* journal provides an excellent template for validating hierarchical component models (HCMs) and reporting advanced SEM analyses using #SmartPLS such as confirmatory tetrad analysis (CTA-PLS), mediation tests, and multigroup analysis (PLS-MGA).
