      DescriptionProposed changes to the the HSC English examination mean that New South Wales students could soon face significantly easier Year 12 examinations. A cut back in the number of texts and length of written exam responses challenged the status of the HSC and make it easier for students present rote learned responses. This raises the problematic issue of plagiarism as it will be far easier to 'game' the system and fuel the lucrative tutoring industry.
