Description

Rejoinder to BACE 9 (1998) 7-17, which was concerned with paintings from the king's house at Amarna now in the Egyptian Museum Cairo and in which it was suggested that a fragmentary figure might represent Tutankhaton or Ay. The author argues that not Tutankhaton, but a courtier in obeisance before Akhnaton is depicted, possibly Ay. (OEB)
