Description of impact *

Several recommendations of Jones' two invited submissions were incorporated by the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee into their own recommendations and ultimately the passed Bill, and the applied recommendations are discussed in their two reports. The work of 2012 impacted the report on the 2012 Bill most visibly.
