The 2018 Australian Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee Report on 'Legislative exemptions that allow faith-based
educational institutions to discriminate against students, teachers and staff' cites Dr Jones' work. Specifically, recommendations 3 and 4 on p. vii of the report come from p.28 of Jones' 2018 submission ‘The Wrongs of Discrimination Rights’. The report's debate of the application of the Australian Constitution Section 116 highlighted on p. 7 of Jones' submission, and the arguments on the correct application of this section of the constitution quoted p.26 of the report, are also cited to Jones' submission and referenced appendix 1 p.113.
