Description of impact *
Research informed disruption of the long-standing myth that 'good editing is invisible' and articulation of 5 criteria by which good editing in any form or genre of film can be judged lead directly to the creation of the Australian Screen Editors Awards. Established in 2006 these awards continue to use these five criteria as guidelines for judges across an ever expanding range of categories including documentaries, feature films, television, ads, and open content.Category of impact | Culture impacts, Training impacts |
