Biography

Dr. Adnan Mahmood is a Lecturer in Computing – IoT and Networking in School of Computing, Macquarie University, Australia. Dr. Mahmood's research interests include, but are not limited to, the Internet of Things, Software Defined Networks, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Trust Management, Privacy Preservation, and the Next Generation Heterogeneous Wireless Networks. As of date, Dr. Mahmood has authored 50+ Research Papers, including Demo Papers, in leading Journals and Conferences of repute, including but not limited to, ACM Computing Surveys, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, Scientific Reports (a part of Nature Portfolio), ACM WSDM, ACM SenSys, ACM / IEEE IPSN, and ICSOC. Dr. Mahmood also possesses a Research Patent to his credit too.

Dr. Mahmood regularly Supervises PhD Candidates in his Areas of Expertise. He is actively looking for Highly Motivated and Dedicated Students interested to pursue PhD Studies under his Supervision at Macquarie University, Australia.
