Biography

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the eCentreClinic, Macquarie University. I completed a Bachelor Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University in 2014 and a combined Master of Clinical Psychology and PhD from the University of Sydney (completed 2020). My PhD thesis examined anxiety among people with epilepsy.

My research interests include
1. Anxiety in the context of health and persistent physical symptoms
2. Behavioural treatments for insomnia and poor sleep health
3. Placebo and nocebo effects
4. Clinical trial design and methodology

Teaching

I am an invited lecturer at the University of Sydney, and teach on the Master of Clinical Psychology program (specifically Health and Neuropsychology)
