Biography
Carl Hsin-han Shen received his Ph.D. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in USA and was a member of Department of Finance of National Central University in Taiwan before he joined Macquarie University. His research interests include corporate governance, financial accounting and corporate innovation. He ever published in numerous leading academic journals, including Review of Finance, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Journal of Financial Markets.
Community engagement
Carl Shen also serves as an associate editor for the Review of Pacific Basin Financial Markets and Policies and The Journal of Risk Management and Insurance, editorial board member of NTU Management Review, and an associate member at Centre for Contemporary Australasian Business and Economics Studies (CCABES) of University of Wollongong.
