Carla Lopes is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Health Sciences at Macquarie University. Her master's research project focused on pesticide residues in food, and her doctoral research project has been focusing on Indigenous Food Systems and their contribution to sustainable food systems.
Sustainable food systems, sustainable and healthy diets, Indigenous food systems, Australian native plant-based foods, nutrition education, food security, primary health care, and health surveillance.
