Biography

Debabrata Karmokar received the B.Sc. degree in electrical & electronic engineering (EEE) from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Khulna, Bangladesh, in 2007 and the PhD degree in Electronic Engineering from Macquarie University, Sydney, NSW, Australia in 2015. He was an Assistant Professor and a member of CRTS in the department of EEE, KUET, and an Assistant Director of Students’ Welfare of the University. Between 2012 and 2015, he was a Research Assistant, a Casual Academic, and also a Secretary of the IEEE Student Branch, at Macquarie University. From 2016 to 2019 he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Global Big Data Technologies Centre (GBDTC), University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Engineering, Macquarie University, Australia.
