After spending six years as Associate Professor in the Statistics Department at Princeton University, I was appointed as foundation Professor of Statistics in the School of Economic & Financial Studies at Macquarie University in 1976, and was invited to address its graduates in 1998 before retiring in 2001 and helping to run a graduate program at Prince of Songkla University in Thailand (see my piece in the book "Who Says I Am Retired" published in 2018 by the Social Security Research Centre at the University of Malaya, where one of my former PhD students Halimah Awang works).
My research interests include Medicine & Public Health, Environmental & Climate Science, Financial Modeling, and Data Science Analytics.
