Dr Emma Falkland is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Centre for Healthcare Resilience and Implementation Science (CHRIS) at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation, Macquarie University. Her PhD examined the role of cognitive load in managing interruptions in high risk, high consequence environments, including emergency medicine. She is a practising psychologist and holds an endorsement in organisational psychology.
