Biography

Ivan (Ting Hin) Ho is a Lecturer of Marketing at Macquarie University. His main research interests focus on business and marketing implementation of AI technologies, and how customers perceive and interact with AI-powered technologies such as recommendation system and service robot. His work focuses on advancing marketing practices from the perspective of human-AI collaboration with the aim to improve societal well-being. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate units including marketing technologies, which covers topics such as content marketing, generative AI, and digital ethics.
