Personal profile

I am a post-doctoral research fellow at the Lifespan Health and Wellbeing Research Center. My current research interests include academic stress among adolescents and the treatment of anxiety and depression across the lifespan. I completed my Bachelor degree, Master of Clinical Psychology and PhD at Macquarie University. My PhD research focused on autobiographical memory and future imagination deficits among non-clinical and clinical populations. I currently practice as a psychologist on research trials involving older adults, and present stress management strategies to high school students completing their final exams.
