Biography

Joanne is a senior health economist with extensive international experience in economics, research and policy analysis including work at the World Bank (USA), UNFPA (USA), the Ontario Treasury (Canada), AMP Capital Investors (Australia), the Centre for Health Economics Research and Evaluation (Australia), NSW Treasury (Australia), KPMG (Australia) and Primary Health Care Limited (Australia).

Her experience in policy analysis includes senior-level briefings, economic modelling and preparation of policy research documents. Joanne’s professional experience is augmented by a PhD in economics with skills in applied econometric methods for policy evaluation.
