Biography
Kadek is a PhD student at the Macquarie University Centre for the Health Economy (MUCHE) with a focus on health policy evaluation, particularly in the areas of medicine use and economic outcomes. He was previously a Health Economics Analyst at Novartis Indonesia, working on HTA and market research, and a Policy Researcher at the UGM Centre for Health Policy and Management in Indonesia. Kadek's research interests lie at the intersection of health, economics, and pharmaceuticals. For his PhD at MUCHE, Kadek is leveraging his understanding and experience to work with administrative data to explore the causal inference of medicine choice, utilisation, and labour market outcomes.
