Biography
Leonardo Callegaro received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. (Hons.) degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Padova, Padova, Italy, in 2004 and 2006, respectively. He was awarded the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2018 from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, where he held a research associate position until 2020.
From 2007 to 2014, he mainly worked in the industry sector related to dc power systems for telecommunications and remote area power supplies. He is currently a lecturer in electrical engineering at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. His research interests embrace PV module-level converters, ac microgrids, and control for power electronics in photovoltaic energy systems.
