I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Clinical Psychologist at the eCentreClinic, a specialist research clinic providing online mental health treatments to Australians.
My research began in developmental neuroscience, examining the neurobiology of anxiety during adolescence. In my postdoctoral role, my research aims to integrates experimental findings with clinical trial research to understand how treatments work, and for whom. My current research is focused on developing and evaluating brief online treatments for anxiety and depression.
In addition, I advise on clinical content development at the MindSpot Clinic, a goverment-funded digital mental health service. This involves the development, evaluation, and implementation of innovative mental health treatments.
I have lectured and tutored across several undergraduate Psychology courses, including but not limited to Ethics in Psychological Practice, The Psychobiology of Memory and Motivation, and Motivational Interviewing for Health Professionals.
