Personal profile

Biography

I am a Macquarie University Research Fellow and Clinical Psychologist at the eCentreClinic, a digital research clinic which develops and evaluates digital psychological treatments.

My research integrates experimental findings and clinical research to understand how treatments work, and for whom. I have three streams, including 1) how symptoms of psychological distress is measured, 2) when and why psychological treatments are effective, and 3) the development of ultra-brief psychological treatments.

I am the 2025 CEO of the MQ FMHHS early career researcher network, EnCouRage. I strive to support, advocate for, and champion early career researchers within our faculty.
