Biography
I am a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Psychologist. I believe that there is a significant need and opportunity to increase access to equitable and effective mental health care.
My primary research interests are (1) understanding what makes existing psychological treatments engaging and effective, and (2) developing and testing more accessible formats of psychological treatments. I have expertise in clinical psychology, ultra-brief interventions, digital health, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, chronic health conditions, and nature-based therapy.
I am a senior member of the digital research team, the eCentreClinic, and an Executive Member of the MQ Lifespan Health and Wellbeing Research Centre.
I am a Unit Convener for the undergraduate units PSYU/X3337 (Psychopathology).
