Research interests

I am an Associate Professor of Chiropractic in the Faculty of Medicine, Health, and Human Sciences at Macquarie University. Within the Department of Chiropractic, I serve as the Director of Research Training. My teaching responsibilities include convening undergraduate units in chiropractic sciences (CHIR2103/CHIR2104) focusing on clinical biomechanics and clinical epidemiology (HLTH2110). My clinical expertise lies in sports injuries and pain management. I completed my PhD at the Institute for Musculoskeletal Health at the University of Sydney in 2019. My research primarily focuses on the epidemiology of injuries and musculoskeletal disorders among young individuals. Additionally, I actively contribute to the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) Research Committee and the WFC Global Patient Safety Task Force.
