Biography

Mingze Gao is a Lecturer in Finance at the Department of Applied Finance. Before joining Macquarie University, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Sydney, where he received a PhD in Finance.

With a focus on banking and corporate finance, Mingze's work has been published at journals including Journal of Banking & FinanceFinance Research Letters, and/or presented at conferences such as WFA, SFS Cavalcade (scheduled), EFA, FMA, FIRN, AFBC, etc. He also serves as an ad hoc referee at ABDC-A*/A journals.
