Biography

Mona is a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Marketing department, Macquarie University. She started her PhD in 2017. Her research interests include consumer behaviour, customer engagement and customer experience in online and mobile services. Her research has been published and presented at leading conferences such as Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC). She’s got her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from KNTU, Iran, and her master’s degree in MBA-Marketing from University of Tehran, Iran. Before starting her PhD, she’s got several years of industry experience in Telecom companies as business development expert and product manager of Mobile Value-added Services (MVASs).
