Biography

Dr Nana Lyu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Natural Sciences at Macquarie University. She completed her PhD at Macquarie University, where her research centred on the application of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for liquid biopsy analysis, including the detection of circulating tumour DNA and cancer cell surface markers. She holds an MSc and BSc in Pharmacy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University (China), with additional training at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on drug delivery systems and functional nanomaterials. Her current research interests include nanoparticle-based biosensors, molecular diagnostics, and translational applications of SERS in cancer and infectious disease detection.
