Biography
Narges Safari is a Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor) at Macquarie Business School. She received her PhD in Business Information Systems from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. She is enthusiastic about exploring how digital innovations can create change in the lives of individuals and organisations. Her work examines the use of digital innovations in organising for social purposes and in the process of transforming an organisation, particularly where established practices are challenged. Before entering academia, she worked in analytics and data science roles in the private sector in New Zealand.
