Personal profile

Biography

My experiences at Macquarie University have ventured into a variety of areas - I have worked in private practice in educational assessment, I have supervised students in the Psychology Clinic in this area and I have taught a variety of units in Psychological Assessment, Psychopathology, Developmental Psychology and Cognition. I currently teach in and co-convene the honours unit called "The Scientist Practitioner" and provide some lectures for third year Assessment unit also.

In addition to my expertise in these areas I have become involved in research investigating aspects of forgiveness and self-forgiveness, specifically how they build resilience to negative life events (such as bullying or severe illness) across the early developmental stages of life to young adulthood.
