Biography

Putu Novi Arfirsta Dharmayani is a research assistant in Department of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Health, and Human Sciences at Macquarie University. Her master's research project focused on the association between fruit and vegetable consumption and depression symptoms, particularly in young women. Her research interests lie on healthy lifestyle, including physical activity and dietary behaviours, food insecurity, mental health, and sustainability.
