Biography
Putu Novi Arfirsta Dharmayani is a research assistant in the Department of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Health, and Human Sciences at Macquarie University. Her master's research project focused on the association between fruit and vegetable consumption and depression symptoms, particularly in young women. Her research interests include healthy lifestyle choices, such as physical activity and dietary behaviors, as well as food insecurity, mental health, and sustainability.
