Biography

Ray Eaton received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and went on to complete a PhD in Electrical Engineering at UNSW Sydney. His discipline expertise is in nonlinear control systems, through which he has conducted research and external consulting work in agricultural automation. Since 2009, A/Prof Eaton's career has focussed on  engineering education leadership, which he remains passionately committed to with international expertise and experience in engineering education accreditation. Ray was Associate Dean Education for the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW Sydney, prior to joining Macquarie University School of Engineering in 2019 as Deputy Dean Learning & Teaching.
