Biography

Sally Galbraith is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Actuarial Studies and Business Analytics and Course Director for Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Bachelor of Actuarial Studies with Professional Practice (Honours). She has a PhD in biostatistics from the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre at the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Sally has extensive experience in the actuarial and statistical fields across government, industry, and academia. She joined Macquarie in 2025.
