Biography

Sian Genoud completed her PhD in 2020 under the supervision of Prof Kay Double at The University of Sydney where she investigated the role of biometals in neurodegenerative pathways in the Parkinson's disease brain and ALS spinal cord. She then worked as a Research Officer at the Cancer Institute NSW before joining the Dementia Research Centre at Macquarie University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with Prof Thomas Fath in February 2021.
