Biography

Dr Sinduja Subramanian did her PhD at Macquarie Neurosugery from 2015-2018 where she researched on developing pro-thrombotic treatment for brain arteriovenous malformations. After finishing her PhD, she started working as a Research Fellow with Prof Dominic Rowe in Centre for Motor Neuron Disease Research, with her research interests on understanding the biological processes that induce immune dysregulation in neurodegenerative diseases. Her current studies aim to investigate the role of immune cells and inflammatory processes involved in motor neuron disease progression.
