Biography
Dr. Steve Wood, BA Hons., PhD (Adel.), has held teaching and/or research positions at the University of Western Australia, Australian National University, Griffith University, Flinders University, Adelaide University, and the Osteuropa Institut München/Regensburg. He has been awarded a Friedrich-Bessel-Prize by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and fellowships by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
Dr. Wood's research interests include the European Union; German domestic politics and Germany in international affairs; European foreign, security and neighbourhood policies; prestige, status and other ideational influences in international relations; Russia in international affairs. Turkey. He is interested in supervising HDR students in these and related areas.
