Personal profile

Biography

My research investigates aspects of psychological assessment, particularly addressing the delivery of assessment in mental health care and in intervention. Furthermore, my research has involved investigating statistical or quantitative methodology, as well as utilisation of qualitative techniques, in research projects. I work in practice as a registered psychologist in Australia, with focus on community members who have specific needs, such as children and young people, and LGBTIQA+ folks.  My work is strongly informed by the needs of these cohorts and the kinds of tailoring that may be needed in both research and practice, to address their concerns.

I received my PhD in Psychology from Macquarie University.
