Description

In April 2025, key Learning Design and Production Team staff at Macquarie University’s Faculty of Arts led the development of seven new degree programs, five master’s and two bachelor’s, comprising 121 units and 340 assessments. This ambitious project was completed within seven weeks. The team used a structured curriculum roadmap, enabling rapid, transparent collaboration among 67 staff from diverse roles. Academics described the process as “transformational,” with the team providing “exceptional scaffolding that turned what could have been an overwhelming process into a manageable, systematic journey.” Early engagement and clear digital templates helped staff feel confident and supported at every stage, demonstrating a step beyond normal practice.
