The primary objective of this project is to create a retention program that offers academic support and additional support classes to students who self-identify as at-risk students anytime during their study period. These support classes are known as “REBOUND” classes and are for students who need a little extra support to bounce back to the unit. We have a range of students with diverse learning skills; sometimes, not everyone appreciates the information overload. In these classes, we will help students understand the concepts that the students have at a much slower pace and make them proficient in the core concepts to help them meet the learning outcomes.
